Welcome aboard!! I drive my XF more than my other vehicles. I have put 2000 miles on it in the two months that I have had it. I still love driving it.

NEDRIDER,

Welcome to the world of Xfires. Sorry to hear about you addiction but rest assured you will not easily get over it.
Now that you have had that puppy for a while, one question.
Have you found the cup holder yet? Seems to be an important item.

nedriver,m
supposedly you can remove the spring and it will stop doing that. Or you can use the universal solution....Duct Tape, which comes in an array of not quite matching colors.

I've got to admit that when I was first looking to buy a fun car, the fact that the only common gripe was the coffee holder was a big influence - if that's the worst you can say about a car, it's got to be great!

If, however, you have a stick, you may want to consider a warning label that states: "WARNING - Elbow Actuated Beverage Spiller."

Perhaps the whole thing can be removed and replaced with a handy pocket.

oof. my permagrin has caused me to hit 1000 miles today and i've only had it for... oh, 10days. at this rate, i don't even want to think about what my mileage will be after a year, ugh.

congrats on the new xfire i'm positive you will love it as much as the rest of us do.
