Default Window alignment !

The window on the passenger side is not aligned properly to gasket on upper most rear corner of the window. The corner of the glass is probably a 1/16 of inch from lining up flush with the rear glass. Seems like you could easily slide a business card in between the window and gasket. The doors is aligned to the body as close as I can tell, so I guess my question would be, is there an adjustment inside the door panel to bring the rear edge of the glass in towards the gasket ?

I know there are TSB's out there, but my ride is outta warranty, just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and addressed it ?

I think if you remove the inner door panel there's a couple of screws which will realign the window correctly.
Start by using the search function, it's on this forum as is every other Crossfire problem you can think of!

Stogey, somewhere there is a photo (on the forum) of the Crossfires door panel removed, and the plastic sheathing pulled up to show an access hole to an adjustment bolt at the bottom of the window. It looks as though you may need a special tool to fit the bolt though.
I never have much luck when ever I use the search feature, and couldn't find it. Maybe somebody will remember where it is, and post it.
Good Luck
