oil pan leak...

Default oil pan leak...

hey guys, my splach shield underneath my car was removed due to a minor accident , but seems as if my oil pan is leaking due to a tiny tiny little crack....do u have any ideas on how to seal it or do i just have to replace, its so small, its hard to see, but u can feel with ur fingernails.....

Sounds like your minor accident is going to be so minor. There are products out there that can be used to patch the oil pan; JB Weld comes to mind. However, if it were me I would replace the pan, depending on the cost and availability another option is remove it and have it welded properly.
