My car never had the whistle until about 3 weeks ago but i have noticed it recently at 60+ mph , at first I thought maybe poor road quality of Chicago in combo with my tires even though my tires are at about 85% tread still , is this somethin I should get worried about ?

The same thing just started in my 07 Limited Roadster. It may come on with the A/C off or on & in all fan positions with the exception of recirculating position. It sounds randomly at any speed and even when the car is not moving. Sometimes it doesn't sound at all. Today it stopped when in the defrost position.

Thanks
My 06 Coupe is doing the same thing and I've had a hard time finding either a mechanic or a dealership to look at the HVAC actuators, but I imagine they're what the problem is. I don't feel particularly confident to mess with them myself.

To top it off I'm also having a dose of the stalling out problem. Gonna man up and try to solder it though.
