Anyone know what the rubber part is in the picture? It was laying on the auto-trans cross menber. Seems like it might be part of the auto-trans mount somehow. I can lift up on the rear of the trans about 1" or less.

I'm thinking it's not worth the effort to replace the bushings. The bushings I saw for $87 will only do one end of the lower control arm. The other end takes a different bushing so that's another $70 additional cost to do both sides. If I were to repair it again I'd buy the $160 lower and do the work myself and then take it to be aligned for another $89.

Had just bought a 12oz coffee at 7-11 and put it in my cup holder When I made a stop the cup holder, coffee, wallet and phone took a dump down on my passenger car mat. Knew it wasn't that stable but waited too long to screw the cup holder to the trany tunnel. Couple of screw could have saved me a lot of clean up and cursing. I like this cup holder because I have somewhere to put my phone and wallet.

Re: Crossfire hacks to make it mine!
Finally got around to putting my new front rotors and pads on yesterday. Will hopefully get the rear rotors and pads done later this week. When your 73 and sitting on the cold cement your hip and knee joints joints start saying "no way we're helping you get this done!" I have new shocks for front and rear and just couldn't force myself to endure the pain so I'll do that another day. LoL
Tightened up all the plastic splash guards, front wheel wells, and now the ride is much quieter.
