There weren't any 2004 roadsters, but I'll be calling monday to find out about my top I am the original owner of my 2005 roadster. Thanks for the info Kane.

If Kane could tell us the last 8 of his VIN and other folks as they call could report back, perhaps we could discern the patter of which ones are acceptable and which ones are not.

My guess is having an extended B2B warranty in place will be the key for again extending the X31 warranty on the top to 120/100,000.
Please adjust your chart to No/Yes/Yes.

And it most likely won't if you are not living in the hot climates and the car is always garaged and or covered. It is my understanding heat and UV are the two culprits here. We all know how hot a closed car with a black roof in direct sunlight can get, especially when ambient is 100F+. I'm not worried about it, it rarely gets above 85F in Vermont anyway.
Are People Asking Why They are bieng denied? Good conversation with the People Informing You of descisions could go along way toward solving this puzzle.
I will submit tomorrow and will ask Questions as High up as I can Get!
I am a persistant demanding *******. Just ask Laurie.

It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. If I had to guess I'd say it is the extended warranty that makes the difference....

I just emailed them, mentioned the "X31" and we'll see. 2nd owner, original warranty transferred and have a MaxCare 7/70K.

I just got off the phone with Chrysler customer assistance, and was told that my 2005 SRT roadster (vin # 5X055712) is covered under "X31/adhesion" because I had purchased a MaxCare contract from them on 3/8/2010. The representative told me that all I need do is, call my dealer (who is great) and inform them that the X31 extension warranty is now attached to my vin #, and request the top replacement, and they should take it from there.
The rep did state at first, that my Vin # was not qualified, but she had first looked under "recall" notices, and after a couple more questions, she clicked on a "linky" on the screen (evidently not under "recall") and the X31 warranty extension came up. So, if you were refused at first, try again, and make sure they don't look it up under "recall". Good luck ........
