I can't believe you squeezed those tires on there
. I think the track must be prepped really bad, or it is just too cold. I was dead hooking on the 275's in 50 degree weather. 240M3SRT was having issues launching on his huge nitto drags too(315s I think), but it was way colder out than 50 out that day.
A few years back I had a LT-1 Camaro with a 175 shot of NOS and I could pull 1.5 60ft all day on 245/45/16 Nitto Drags. It would lift my passenger tire off the ground about 4 inches and made my t-tops leak like crazy
.
Good luck out there...We are pulling for you!!

For anyone interested, I now have the Hankook V12 K110's, 235/40 18 front and 295/30 19 rears. For daily driving they are pretty nice. For drag racing, well, the kinda suck. My best 60' last night was a 1.9x, which I got on my first pass of the night. It went down hill after that

And then AMG allowed this critical error to continue in the production for 10's of thousands of engine builds, if not more?
Simple observation would say the exact opposite.

I'm still hopeful for all of you who dream of consistent 11.XX second quarter mile SRT. (W/street tires

You reached the holy milestone.....
What would really be awesome - is when the 11's become the "norm" and you shake your head and say WHAT
