spoke to Devin today, for those people that are not on the list but would like to be,, here is what to do, call Devin 1-800-622-4327, he will need your name ,a phone # or e-mail, no deposit at this time,, there are 24 members on the list and 24 units to be produced,, if there are any dropouts, or they produce more than 24 ,,and you have given Devin your name (you will be on the added list),, Devin will let you know if there is one for you on this production run ,,
call Devin at 1-800-622-4327 only if you aren't on the list and want to be on the list,,,,jim

spoke to Dana today, we will have some pic of how everything looks in 7 to 10 days and by the end of April , or the first week of May the units will be started to ship,

now the shipping ,is going like this, say Dania has ten (10) units done on Friday April 29, then Devin will pick them up and will ship asap,like on Monday, and so on with the next 5 or 10 ever how many is ready at the end of a day will get picked up and shipped the next day,

shipping to whom will be right off the list, as we all signed up and was put on the list in that order, , they have the same list , some have dropped out but the list is the list, this is the list, for shipment #1,,, For the people that have not had a deposit taken, when the ones on this list have been shipped, and there are others produced and of course the drop outs, Devin will get in touch with you, to pay. thanks to all of you ,,, jim

Devin is still willing to do the install assuming that the owner's differential is shipped to him and his team, correct?

This may be a really dumb question or one for Devin specifically, but if I pull the diff myself, do I ship it to him full of fluid or do I drain it and then ship it to him?

I am still on the fence whether I am going to pull the diff myself or take it to a shop, but thought I would ask as I don't remember this being asked and answered.

BTW, Anyone have a spare SRT/SLK32 rear they want to sell? Or better yet, anybody figure out how to run the 3.27 gear? Then they could use the new unit of mine that they have already... I've decided that I want Autotech to install it in a spare and ship the whole rear ready to go.

Rudy is still working on the 327 he has my spare 327 at his shop, what he did find is that when installing a V8 the rear of the car has to stay that ratio, but still has to be programed,,, V8 in limited =327,,V8 is srt = 307 jim

 

SOMEHOW I think you will be able to turn that .307 just fine Jim....don't get greedy....lol

 

the diff would be shipped without oil. all the need is the ring and pinion and housing. its best just to drain the diff and ship it whole.

spoke to Rudy,, all V8's have to use the 307 gear ratio, because he is using the 55 trannys the 327 has not been worked out yet. now put a srt 6 motor into a limited that might work with the 327, gear if you use the tranny from the limited. jim

I'm not on this list either but I'm on Devins so I won't worry too much. The horses are smellin' the barn
