What ever you decide is all that matters. If I was too put vinyl on my car, it would be silver, red or blue.

I would make the stripe about ten feet wide and trim around the edges, I like white Xfires.

I would caution you on putting them on in any cooler than about 70. Warmer the better. Seriously. The vinyl gets really stiff and trying to get it down is a nightmare, but when warm it goes on like paint. Patience grasshopper, the summer will be here soon.

6" wide for the main stripe and 2" for the pinstripe runner.

Im going to do the bumper just to see what it looks like. I can always take it off in 10 minutes. I got a 24" x 60" sheet of the stuff so I have alot to play with.

If you do this consider the surface you are working on as a smooth continuing plane. Don't take it into the cuts into the body such as the recess of the grill and headlights if you take it into the front at all; which you should think over carefully. The front will most likely come out looking like strange shapes and not a continuation ot the striping.

Good with it,
PP

A wash with some Palmolive should do the trick with the wax.
