To take the map sensor off i took a pair of needle nose and put a good amount of pressure on it and turned it from the outside of the bolt and it worked fine. I Dont no where your stuck at but the install took my just under two hours most of my time trying to fig out how the horn relocation worked. any way lemme know where your stuck
Dual or single?
As I remember when I did mine you gently pry the clip back and then turn the sensor and it should come right out. I thought I'd have the most trouble with this and it was the easiest part of the install. Take your time and take a bunch of deep breaths. I took me almost 5-6 hours to get mine where I wanted it. The dual is a lot more complicated than the single. Count on getting your knuckles scraped, goes with the territory. The other tough part was rerouting the power steering cooling line. Get a pint of fluid, about 22 bucks at your Chrysler dealer BEFORE you start. Even if you don't spill any I think the new line is longer than the old so you will need more fluid. Its tough only because its hard to get to, even with small hands.
I would suggest spraying the hoses you push through the radiator wall with some tire spray or soapy water. They will go through a lot easier. After you get it all together you will still have your horns to deal with. I shortened the bars that hold them and moved them as close as I could to dead center of the car. I think the drivers side I had to angle back a bit. A bit of ingenuity needed there. Again be patient, and you will be rewarded with a cool looking intake. Whoever said its a two hour install is either Rob or very good at this kind of stuff.

I'm sure Rob has already helped you out via email, but just to throw it out there for everyone to see:
The NA CAI install directions show a pair of vise grips being used to remove the screws holding the MAF to the N/A plastic MAF housing/elbow. I used channel locks which work great too. The screws lend themselves to being grabbed with channel locks/pliers/vise grips pretty well. I had much, much, much more trouble getting the elbow onto the throttle body in cold Colorado weather than getting the MAF out.
The actual screws are like security Torx (a star bit with a post in the middle) but have 5 splines rather than 6, if anyone wants to figure out what they're called (this means you can't use security Torx - I tried).

Almost forgot that . We have a bit set that has the Torx screw bit with the post in it. I still don't remember this being that much of a problem. The hardest parts for me were getting the rubber tubes through the radiator wall and replacing the power steering cooling lines. I messed up there by not having the PS fluid which Rob tell you you will need. Buy it before hand, my car had to sit all weekend waiting for the Chrysler dealer to open Monday morning.
