Today is not the day for one of my soapbox rants. It is a day to honor all those who kept us free, so I could do soapbox rants. Lest we not forget.

Does anyone have access to Dun and Bradstreet reports? I would be interesting to see Corky's rating these days.

I have to ask if 10 cents on the dollar is too much?

So who do you have to know to get an "Obama" bail out? Could be an option for them...

With the way this is turning out, I'm glad I couldn't jump in early on. Still, would liked to have seen this come about with the possibility for others to by a later generation.

bjames, can't say that I blame you. I had high hopes for you guys, but I know this isn't an easy project. Everyone keeps saying it is, but I haven't seen one on sale yet...good luck. No hard feelings here, I only tried to keep it on topic...for all concerned, nothing more...

I have no vested interest in this project and it does not benefit me in anyway. That being said I am disappointed there has not been more progress.

Hopefully something will result shortly. I would love to see positive results from this project. The more HP the better.

So the builder says he would like to wait to refund my money until the kits are ready. hummm just when would that be ?
3 weeks would be working on it at 13 hours a week if there is 40 hours left. I guess the janitor is too busy to work on it. That would be to finish CR1, then there is the testing and tuning , time frame unknown, January?
That brings us to Mrmiata's Cr2. When would it be in the shop?... time-frame unknown. Having Cr1 for so long you would think there would be no need for Cr2. After this long, he should have it right.
We are looking 6 to 8 weeks to complete Cr2. building of the Kits, shipping the kits, time-frame unknown.
Begi's finance problems aren't new, he sent a fellow home with his turbo in his trunk, unable to refund his money at that time. This fellow waited almost a year for his turbo to end up in his trunk.
The reason I suspect the builder has his bullshit on the inside of his boots is because 158 days ago he said 10 to 15 days he would have Cr1 running.
Based on his record and performance to this point, I suspect July 4 2014 as a possible refund date. We knew it would not be a easy build, that's why we went to this builder, the refund may prove to be equally challenging for him.
It is what it is..and that would be"bullshit"
Pee Ess
One of the reasons for pulling out , is the steel pipes..they will rust and rust goes somewhere.

Chrysler Crossfire Turbo System
The rumors are true! The prototype vehicles arrive at the end of January. The rear mounted turbo system will feature a Garrett or Chinese turbo, stainless lines, and BEGI quality components. See the Crossfire Forum for more information!

Mrmiata thank you very much for the update. That is exciting news having the lost oil pump show up. There is no telling how long the project would have been held up without it. Having Tim work on it is excellent news as well. Getting new photos after Turkey day is so exciting I can hardily contain myself. I'm going over to the TVT 300 Preview thread to see how Anthony is doing getting his Crossfire to 300 HP. Happy Turkey day, we had ours in Oct.

Here's an idea to make you happy... I pay your $200 refund.. and you never post in this thread again. And agree to be banned from the forum if you do.
Can you work with that?

Ahh.. Mrmiata you sure know how to hit a guy low..I haven't worked since Sept because of back surgery and the $200.00 would be handy. But where else would I get this priceless information and entertainment this forum has to offer. I had no idea you weren't enjoying my rants, I was just going to extend them to other forums and use telemarketers to get them out there.
Begi owes the $ 200.00 refund because I'm not a financial institution extending long term loans. It was a deposit for a turbo that was promised months and months ago.
If you are not amused, just don't read them.

LOLOLOLLL No doubt. Even though the truths of what You say are often apparent, Your Delivery is Both condescending and derogatory at all times. It's not what your saying it's how You say it. and You do It on Purpose as evidenced By Your avatars over the course of this adventure

Really?? Nice to hear from you Herman. How is your back doing, hope all is well with you. Haven't seen you post much lately.
Quit sticking up for Mrmiata or you will be off my Christmas list too.

Not trying to be difficult here, but BJames, if $200 makes a difference, how were you going to pay for the rest of the kit? Sounds like if he came knocking for your money you may not be able to pay the piper, ironic.

I am in no way, shape, or form trying to call out your finances, just going from what you have mentioned, although I think I am already off your Xmas list....
