Question Does the lambda sensor need replacing?

Yesterday, the "Check Engine" light came on in the dashboard. I connected the on-board computer with an ELM327/OBDII adapter and read error code P0133 on my smartphone:

I read in the Internet, in Chrysler Crossfire with the 3.2 V6 engine, the code P0133 refers to Bank 1 Sensor 1, i.e. the lambda sensor before the catalytic converter on the side of the cylinder bank with cylinder number 1.

I wanted to ask if I really need to replace my lambda sensor.
My mechanic suggests I should only buy a new lambda sensor from BOSCH, not any other company.
What do you think ?
Am I right, there are 4 lambda sensors in this car ?

Yes there are 4 sensors, we call them O2 sensors or Oxygen sensors. There are 2 before the catalytic converters and there are 2 next to the front of the transmission.
I agree with your mechanic and I would also use Bosch replacement sensors.

Or you can do a cat delete and get them coded out

Since there are 4 lambda sensors, maybe you know the part number of the sensor that needs to be replaced in my case?

The upstream Bosch sensor part is 16167 Mercedes part 001 540 50 17. Both sides are the same from what I've read.

A Polish store listed this offer:
https://allegro.pl/oferta/0-258-006-...20-18039450810
I read in this offer:
The BOSCH part number is 0 258 006 167. The Chrysler part number is 5099 820AA. The MB part number is 001 540 50 17.
The store claims that this sensor is to be installed "before the catalytic converter," even though the offer states "after the catalytic converter"...
How do you think ?

Both sides are the same from what I've read.
You mean that the sensor on the right and left side are the same part?

Yes, that's what I've read.
It's also stated on Rob's page under the picture of the sensor in small print:
