How does one Troll so Hard?

How does one Troll so Hard?
So today I was wondering around the shopping mall and a small child came up to me and asks, "Sir, how does one troll so hard?" So I decided to tell him to F off and check the forum later tonight. Because of this I have decided to start a thread teaching all my friends and frienemies how to troll properly.
Step 1 Preperation,
I prepare by looking for one of my favorite victims and seeking out all of his/her (pending on what the wife allows him to be that day)'s threads like so.

Step 2 Trolling,
Remember kids you can't call the idiot out or call them dirty names. That's against the rules, but that doesn't mean you can't turn their own words against them. After all they spake them first.
Step 3 Knowing when to stop,
This one is hard. You've won, but the victim is thrashing around hoping to set you off in a furious rage. This is the time to back off and let the rest of the internet see what a fool this person really is.
Step 4 Wait a few hours and repeat.
I hopes I've helped everyone hear laugh a little bit harder

Before anyone mentions it, Yes it does say "Project: I'm Disabled" on my white board. It's a special project I'm doing here at work for one of the people who broke her foot at a something or another. Basically I'm going to change the default sound of a mouse click to a sound bite from a TV show called "IT Crowd" that say's "I'm Disabled" So everytime she clicks on something it's going to say, "I'm disabled"
It's been up there for some time now... Maybe I'll tackle it this weekend. I've got to spend a bit of time in that area.

OMG two twin monitors? I can hardly figure out the one old CRT monitor I use, let alone three more! My son says I need a new computer, after seeing this, I might have to agree with him.

I've been thinking about buying another one so i can wrap myslef in LED amazingness. Plus I think it helps my tan.
