Default Interior pic's-CTD surrounds & SLK shifter

Here's couple interior pic's, they didn't turn out very good. I have LED bulbs in my dome lights that make the CTD surrounds look nice, but the pic with the light on didn't really show the true color.

Looks good. Is the SLK shifter any different other than color? Thanks.

No, it matches the interior great, I had ran across it on E-bay and e-mail the guy about the color. He said that it was black, so I did not bid on it. Then it didn't sell and went back up for bid and I knew Andrew had one in his car, so I PM'ed him to see what he thought. He told me that it matched good so I made a bid and picked it up for around $65 including shipping.

Question about CTD. When to order an item from them and the conversion to US $ was very high. Is the price I would pay for CTD items.

There is a place on their site to change to US $, and yes they are very expensive. I e-mailed Patrick Grimm from Chrome Tec and asked about a discount for purchasing several items, rather than giving me a discount he threw in a free item for about every 4 or 5 items I bought and gave me free shipping. I bought all the vent & switch surrounds, door lock pins with the pieces that go around them, odometer & clock set pins, SRS plates, seat belt surrounds and a few other things. I still probably spent over $500 on everything, but the upper console/radio surround came from Auto-Exclusive.

Use AutoXclusive to get your chrome interior parts. CTD - Germany is only a distributor for GAP (German Auto Parts) they make all the chrome bits that you see on the CTD site and any other German accessory site, AutoXclusive can get the same items a bit cheaper in unit price and less the VAT and better shipping rates. Don't get me wrong...CTD - Germany is a great vendor with great customer service, its the VAT and shipping costs that make these items expensive or seem over priced.

I tried to get the interior stuff from them, but at the time they didn't sell any of them. They do have some of the stuff now, but I don't think they handle all of the things CTD does yet. But here's a site that is cheaper than CTD and they have a lot of stuff...

Yes...Quaces has alot to offer, but again they are just a distributor. Just let AutoXclusive know what you want from their site and they can get it less 5%, no VAT and better shipping rates. Direct your emails and requests to info@koreanautoimports.com or see below. I have developed a good repor with James and he is very easy to work with, also they have just purchased an XFire and they are trying to get accessories made here in the States at better prices.

I absolutely agree. They will carry all of these components soon, but in the meantime James can get whatever you want from that line.

At the time I bought the stuff from CTD, I had exchanged e-mails with James and he told me that they were trying to get the interior stuff, but they didn't have it yet. I knew they were selling some now, but I didn't know they could get all of it now. I just bought the upper console cover and a second set of clear side marker lights from him last week. You are right James is a great guy to deal with, I just didn't realize they were able to get some of the stuff I've seen on the web site I posted.
