Ok, That is the right part# for the seat relay you posted and it should fix your seats. You can get one at Autozone for about $27 bucks.
One seat or both seats?
Is it just the forward and aft movement affected?
There is more to the seats moving than just that relay.

Hi there, I`m not sure of specific part number as I just ordered one for the Crossfire rather than one for the Mercedes which may well do, the seats have worked perfectly ever since fitting the new relay, Regards, Teak
Post number one lists the part numbers.
MB #002 542 22 19
Siemens Part #72KD305

If you don't want the car fixed, but you want to spend a lot of money on not getting it fixed, take it to a dealer.
The seat relay is down under the dash and it fails at times. You can change it (they plug right in, and cost around $35) or you can take it out and resolder the broken paths (which is what usually goes wrong with them).

Here is the relay:

Like I said, they just plug in. If NEITHER seat moves, it's almost certainly the relay - happens all the time.
Kleito, Charlie in Atlanta, can tell you how to get to the relay - it's really easy. Click in his user name here:

My power seats not work (heater work ok).
I check relay, diodes, contacts, coil are ok but not voltage on fuses 21, 22.
When I open/close doors relay "click-clack" but nothing change.
When I give voltage directly on fuses 21, 22 seats work great.
Where is a problem?

See the attached PDF for details of the circuit. CLICK
Yes, I know that first is relay and next fuses. I read all this topic.
At the moment I check only relay but I think that power not goes to relay from ignition switch.
Can I broken something if I give power directly to fuses 21, 22?
This is not urgent, I have time for repair it becouse I not change seats position too often.

Problem solved. Electric seats works!
I not know how I not see this before! I must buy better glasses
This was "cold solder" (open circuit).
Thank you onehundred80 for help find this relay.

I had an intermittent power seat issue, finally pulled the dash, and opened the relay and had the exact same cold solder issue. Little flux, little solder, little heat -- back in business. Yea for the Crossfire Forum!
