Greetings crossfire associates, it’s been awhile since I have been here, my CF (2004 coupe, alabaster) has been dormant since last summer. I have decided to put it up for sale, too many cars = big insurance payment, which seems to be getting worse every renewal.
So I needed to move it to get it ready and there it was, a fully released headliner. Yahoo. Following pretty good video by a channel called glencouls, I removed it in about 45 mins. I managed to get it out without damaging anything but unfortunately there was already some of the plastic trim that was cracked. Looks like someone tried to silicone it together but that repair is letting go too.
Here is a before and after pic
Custom sagging headliner
Tape to protect the unobtainium weatherstripping
The pan looks good
The root of the problem, 20 year old foam
I’m going to take it to an upholstery shop and have them do the dirty work. I would like to replace the broken plastic so if anyone has an idea where I might find these I would appreciate it if you can let me know. I know these are going to be few and far between. I’ll check the for sale ads after posting here. Here is the plastic parts (need left and right) and one or two of the small torx head screws shown. I could use the big plastic cap that types the wall behind the seats, it’s cracked too.
I need the left and right of that plastic piece the seat belt goes through
Here’s the underside
This is the small torx screw I need a couple of
I appreciate any leads on these parts. Once the headliner is back in and hopefully with some better plastic parts I will put this up for sale. I’ll list it in the for sale section in case someone here is looking. It’s nice, well cared for since I’ve had it, runs great and just about 80k on it.
Thanks! I’ve been looking at various dismantler websites and most don’t drill down to the level of the parts I need. The link you provided returns several crossfires when I specify complete interior. It looks like I will have to start calling those yards and see if they will look for the trim parts I need.

I'm hoping somebody will start printing parts like those.
Update on my headliner. Headliner was redone by the local shop and I have reinstalled it. It actually easier than I thought it would be. The most difficult thing was getting the push pins to line up on the back upper trim pieces.
Not having much luck finding the plastic trim pieces so I played around with different glues and ended up using this:
Straight cyanacrylate doesn’t work but when you drip it on the q-bond powder it works great. I fit a piece then put little clamps to hold them as close and even as possible, put blue tape on the outside surface, poured a line of the powder over sections of the crack then dripped the cyanacrylate on it. It hardens instantly. The I remove the clamps and repeat on the rest of the crack. On the first part I had a bigger gap showing on the outside surface than I liked so I filled it with powder and glue. The second one I did looked much better, I didn’t need to fill on the surface. Here are some pics:
The one on the right is the second one I did. Practice certainly helps. You can see I had to redrill the screw hole on the right one as well. These feel very strong, I think they will hold up for awhile. Now I just need to find a couple screws and it will be done. I’ll post a pic of the finished headliner when it’s done.

Thanks Nelson G, I’ll keep that link handy. It looks like item 3 is the covers I glued. Item 7 looks like the larger piece rear of the ones I fixed. What I need now is a couple screws to hold them down and one for the metal plate at the top of the door jamb.
Too bad they discontinued item 5, the bulkhead cover. I could use one of those too. Mine is cracked in half.
