2008 Crossfire
I don't know about Des Plaines there are very few places to get a key. Check with these guys I've seen a lot of good reviews S.O.S. Diagnostics
And if I remember correctly, you will need to send you current key along with ownership proof to either one of these vendors. My preference would be S.O.S. as the feedback from other owners has been really great. Having said that, Needswings.com has been & continues to be a preferred source for quite a few parts for our Crossfires. And it's always a good practice to keep sending a preferred client ongoing business.
SOS I know for sure can get you another working key fob that starts the car and locks/unlocks as well. I’m not sure if Needswings can yet? I think they can only do a key that will start the car. I don’t believe they make a working key fob.
On a side not though I feel I should say this because Rob at Needswings is an awesome guy and has taken care of us XF owners for years. Needswings was the go to place before all of this back order crap to buy the OEM Key Fobs. 150$ is what it used to cost. Those days are behind us for now and the party to blame is one of the three car companies involved. My money is on Daimler, they’ve been screwing Chrysler over since day one IMO.
