DC modern mopar is having another brunch Sunday the 24th. they do it every month on the last Sunday. It was a fun drive last month. let me know if anyone is interested.

 

5 hour energy has pulled sponsorship because of the location.

 

Not sure I understand that. Too remote. Conflict with vendor? Oh well

 

its at a winery, they dont want 5-hour to be associated with alcohol. oh well no loss there. all the other sponsors are still 100% with us.

Hey president should we start a 2013 car show thread for MD?
So we don't have to search through this very long thread to find things to do on weekends.

Rosenthal Acura will have two cars at our show. be on the look out for 2 registrations, they will be marked at "Acura" they are not sure what cars they will bring, they just know it will be two cars.

 

Car show and cruise guide is having a meeting to discuss future car shows. srt6-xfire, ichon and I will be there to represent COM and get the flyer out to the car clubs in the area. All are welcome to attend the event.

We quickly discussed gathering at srt6-xfire's house prior to this, please confirm if this is still ok, and the time. if you can make it please be at the location at 7:55am so we can sit together, and everyone bring a few flyers so we can pass them out.

 

It's not that I don't want people at my house but why drive North and then South to Breakfast.

I spent my yearly clothing alotment on SUPERBOWL shirts.

 

a different SB shirt at every event this year i bet.

 

I am new to the xfire world as I have only had my car for a month. I am also new to this forum. I live in Washington DC and I have yet to see another xfire. I would love to come around other xfire owners. Is there an event that is coming up involving the MD group as I would love to attend just to associate with other owners.

the Sunday event is being put on by DC Modern Mopar. mostly Chargers, and Challengers. Might be a couple of maryland crossfires there, just keep checking the fourm and facebook.

Remember, we voted on this show as our official early season event. we need to have 8-10 crossfires at this event. also this is a great chance to get out flyers out to the MD/VA/DC car clubs.

 

I'm going to Moparpalloza as well. I need to register. What are our plans for Sunday. I may try to go.

I think Dmitry and SrWillimans will be at the sunday brunch for sure. I'm planning on it, but ive got things to do saturday. If i can get everything finished I'll go to the brunch. I'll let you know saturday evening if i can make it to the Sunday brunch or not.
