Max, I'm cut to the quick!! You can't honestly believe that I don't love & respect you, can you?!
Remember, I own a Coupe too!
I just read your post & had a great laugh & then remembered my little excitement on the way home today & had to respond!

I spent all my life & money in my crossfire *lol*, that's the reason why I'm faster than stock.

I worked with TVT Design & VÄTH, and I also visited Brabus in Germany.

VÄTH is a German company which pimps crossfires. I guess you guys don't speak german, but check this out:

http://www.autobild.de/artikel/elia-...v35_46692.html

But to be honestly, even after all this expensive tuning, I lose against the SRT6. BTW, when I said I won against the Mustang GT, it was like 10 inch …

I would always recomend TVT Design, Anthony rocks, and big service.

Right, Kurtz?

Of course, to get back on my good side, he'll have to FedEx me a couple of pounds of cheese curds.

And they had better still squeak!!!

AWESOME!!! But what have you done to your car??

I'm not trying to be a doubter or rude, just curious as to what you have done to make it one of the fastest N/A's if it is as you claim..

Max, I'm soooooooooooo tempted!
Well, per the wife, her store gets 'em fresh, warm & squeaky every Thursday from right down the road.
I'm supposed to tell you that if you buy her car (it's now HER Coupe & deep down she doesn't really want me to sell it, I think. After 32 yrs. I still can't figure out women.) she'll throw in several pounds free : a deal that cannot be beat!
Besides, FedEx couldn't get them all the way down yonder in time!
Of course, we're now waaaaaaaay off topic!

Don't bash the S2000, I used to own one and IMO it's a far better machine than a NA Crossfire. I actually think it was more fun to drive than my SRT-6. The SRT-6 has raw power which makes up for the lack of shifting through a tight 6speed. Besides I haven't seen any Crossfires running 13's NA. Some S2k's can do it stock, but it took me a few more mods in the Louisiana heat and humidity.

and nothing handles like a s2k. those things are like big go carts. you can hear all road noise and feel everything on the road. and i think they would smoke a NA crossfire

I think the S2K is hideous though. I'd rather hook the crap out of a GTI and wave to the S2K as I pass. Never been a Honda fan though, so I'm biased.

I'm jealous! I'm still waiting for a moment like this.

I did have a run in with a Porsche Cayman S, he was quite surprised. Honestly I was too, until I got home and looked up the specs.

It looks like a toy to me. Don't get me wrong, if someone gave me I'd be okay with it. I would just rather spend my money on something else. Looks like a hotwheels.

OK, when a cheese curd is really fresh, it still has some whey coating it. Assuming ones teeth are clean, they "squeak" when you bite into them and when they are chewed.

Kids think this is too cool.

And I am SURE everyone was waiting for this answer.

I hung in with a M3 ('99-02 i believe) and a Terminator in my N/A....then again it was in the 100-130 range and we weren't racing...just an accelerated joy ride... both were impressed when we all came off the highhway and hit the stoplight.

i'm think that once this bad boy is paid off in a year or so that i'm gonna get a BMW335. They are about 10k ish less than an M3 and with a $1500 chip/tune i'm faster than a stock M3....brand new M3's i'm talking about. so we'll see how that turns out a year from now....fortunately when my crossy is paid off.... i severely doubt its getting traded in. prolly just garaged and brought out for special occasions haha...

damn, i love this car.

Yup, & it's the best way to tell if the curd is fresh! Non-squeaky curds are OK but you just can't beat the little devils fresh from the factory!

No, but I do have his intake installed....

Uhm, SL55 traps 115. SRT6 traps 110 on a good day.
