All my tuning issues are over. I just finished installing an edelbrock 650CFM Four barrell. LOL. On a more serious note, I have verified my tuning methods. I think this thread is finished. I'll start a new thread with results and ordering information soon. I'll most likely sell through ebay to keep purchases secure through paypals buyer and seller protection plans. I have a 100% positive feedback rating on over 200 transactions and have been a member for approximately 5 years. If anything changes I'll post a new thread.

Just out of curiousity, did you saw off the bracket that holds the AIR pump on the front of the engine?

 

So what is the power going to end up at? Will it pass the 300HP mark?


With the way the 08's are selling and the drasticaly reduced prices, it might be worth it to get a brand new limited and add this supercharger.

yes i would be interested too but i also have a 6 speed and i would imagine that tuning would be a slight bit different but not too much work to adapt it for a 6 speed.

I just got a lexus is300 with the woman that is on it's way to getting boosted, next is to lemon law my mazdaspeed 3 which is is for the clutch/transmission for the fourth time. After I win this lemon law thing it's up in the air for the car I get, but the Crossfire is definately on my radar if this supercharger thing works out, but they are giving suv's away and with two boosted cars already, who knows? Maybe another Grand Cherokee is in my future again.

Hey guys, I'm still here. Only thing that has happened lately with the SuperFire is a water pump replacement. Seal had a pinhole leak and the bearing failed. Very easy to replace. I bought a replacement from www.oawnewpumps.com . The pump listed for 98-04 mercedes E320 is the one I bought and it was a direct replacements part for the 04 Limited. Not sure if SRT6 is the same. Under $100 shipped. If you have an 04 model you may want to check the weepage hole for signs of prolonged seepage. I know some of you are anticipating the release of my product information. I can tell you my goal is to produce at least 340 HP@ crankshaft or about 275+ rwhp. This should be enough power to get the car into the low 13's on street tires. I'm basing this off of a 3250 lb car (weight with me in it). Does anybody else get a different calculation based on these parameters?
