The only thing you have to do with the SKREEM antenna is to put it back around the ignition tumblers while the dash is apart after you do the FOB/key swap. By the pic it looks like it is hanging out around the jerry rig set-up. Have you looked at the Sticky Key PDF? It has pics of the antenna and it's proper location.

Been looking over it. Gonna try and start the project this weekend. I'm busy with work at the moment.
