Default Having fuel issues.

2004 Crossfire base auto wouldn't start yesterday. No codes . Had spark. no fuel. I bought new fuel pump and filter and installed today . still no fuel. checked all fuses previously and again today. The car has acted strangely lately. Spoiler going up on its own, cabin fan going on full blast with switch in off position. esp bas going on and off every other time I start it.

What is the fuel pressure as soon as you turn the key "ON"?

So, the starter engages and you have spark (how do you know?) and have no fuel injected (how do you know?); the wing likes to go up, which is a sign of a weak battery/bad battery terminals.
I'd be interested in knowing the fuel pressure, if it is normal (58psi +/- 5 psi) then it would appear the injectors are not firing. If you have spark, your cam and crank sensors are OK, and you should have fuel being injected.

I really wonder what the fuel pressure is.

You did not indicate that the fuel pump was not running, get into the RCM and verify if the fuel pump relay is engaging.
If it is, verify that you have 12 volts going to the pump, if not, determine why not. There is a pump fuse on the RCM make sure that is good AND that you have 12 volts on both sides of it.

There is a diagram of the RCM in the wiring chapter of the service manual.

After reading rcm from some of my favorite people in the world I removed the ecu and checked all the relays which were working correctly . I looked at the fuse bars that run across the bottom of the ecu and notice they were not seated all the way down. Pushed them down flat and everything works. Thanks to this forum my weekend from hell is over.
