Default Stating issue

2008 Crossfire it will only start with a booster. Runs good but once the engine is turned off it won’t start unless it’s boosted again. Installed new battery cleaner and tightened cables but having same problem

New battery needed, most likely. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, get one from Walmart. It will last 4 years; possibly 5 depending on your driving habits. Size 48 / H6

Welcome to the forum.
It sounds like you have a dead cell in your battery or a grounding issue.

I suggest you read this. It will help you out quite a bit when asking questions about your car.

With a new battery, you must have a connection issue at the terminals.

I'd make sure that the battery terminals & cable connections are clean. Curious whether it might be an alternator going bad. If the alternator is going bad, it possibly isn't providing enough current to keep the battery charged up while running the car. Could explain why you need a 'boost' to start the car because the battery is providing power required to operate the car. That would drain a battery right down.
