WOOOOAH WOOOAHH hOLD ON HOSS!
Changing the fuel filter is not cheap. It is not easy and Id say not it.
1. Fuel filter is the fuel pressure regulator , that I have been all over and into. Photo attached.

2. YOu have a port to check the fuel pressure on the top of the engine, uses an AIR CONDITIONING GAUGE HOSE FOR HOUSEHOLD R22 FREON. NOT NOT R134A STYLE.
3. Borrow a gauge and check the pressure, s/b about 55 - 60 and not change under load. See how it did it.

It could be a fuel pump but I suspect it is neither part, get the code and save your buns and $$$$$
Enjoy Woody

I had the same problem with my crossfire after installing a sprint booster then replaced it with a new one from the supplier. That being said are you the oringinal owner of the car, if not you could have a sprint booster and not even know it. I'm starting to have the same problems again but this time I'm going to remove it and leave it off. No more problems.

Go to this link https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...OOSTER+INSTALL then go to post #5 it will show you the installation procedure from there once you remove the gas pedal you should be able to figure out if you have a sprint booster or not and age doesn't have anything to do with it I'm almost 52 and I have one.
I got codes
P0730 Incorrect Gear Ratio
and ...P0715 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0716 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0717 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal
P0718 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Intermittent
One of those 4, i cant remember which one.
So i will call chrysler tomorrow to fix that. Good thing i have max care

That's what it's for.
