Well, you;ll have to live with a description until I get my computer fixed, as of now I can't post pics. Actually, the problem is that I can't download the pics. It's the G2 blue caliper paint.

I just had 4 new Nokian zLine tires installed and had both front wheel bearings serviced. Of course it snowed last night, so back into the garage it went

Probably real close to this..

"normal use" brake caliper temperatures are noted at 100-200 degrees .. Rustoleum sail blue.. good to 200 deg. Wife's car got the paint and mine got the antenna replacement.

Yes, that looks fairly close. I like the G2 because it's a ceramic like coating, good for high heat applications

No snow down this part of the State, but it did get down to about 32 overnight. I've still got the Red Sled in storage till 30, April - will be putting back on the repainted front bumper this weekend.

Made some progress on the exhaust today, finally. I welded the two elbows to the front downpipes, not the prettiest welds I've ever done but not bad. A little grinding, sanding and polishing and they will look fine. This is the hardest part of the assembly, the rest should be easier.

Well crap...it was slightly overcast with temps in the 60's. Yes, feeling guilty with this CA weather that everyone can't have. Then, everyone doesn't have my house payment, either. lol. I drove both around my little town today. Every once and a while, when I do that, I semi-congratulate myself for owning two of the most awesome cars ever. I love them both as much as the first day I drove them.

Hopped in mine after dusting it off and drove to the top of Cheaha Mountain and hob-nobbed with the weekend bikers.

Sitting here waiting for my SC pulley to warm up in the oven, and the new SC pulley bearing to freeze in the freezer. Then the new bearing is suppose to drop right in, easy peazy; we'll see.

It was a beautiful day in Columbus so I decided to take my car out of storage. It was put away in October. I keep a battery tender on it and it fired right up. As soon as I applied the brakes I knew there was something wrong, right to the floor. If I pumped them it would come up. Decided that if I had to bleed them I might as well change the brake fluid. Finally went for my first ride of the season around five last night. Never new how much I missed it until then. Great feeling

Just received my new Osram headlight bulbs. They are for off road only but they are going on my road car. It's easy to overdrive the hi-beans at nigh on these twisty back roads. Stock lights about 1400 lumens, the Osrams are rated at 2100, the road should be lit up like it was daytime.

Carl, I know I'm too late now, but I found that if you remove the valve covers even old guys with poor eyesight like us can change the plugs easily, AND keep all the skin on our hands. You can even get those pesky Magnecor plug connectors to seat.
Just unplug all the spark plug ends, the 6 power connectors to the coil packs and take the covers off with all that in place.

Yea, I changed mine and went with the Magnecor's at 50K and the old plugs looked fine. I think the ping pong ignition between the two plugs has a lot to do with it.
