Wow.....did that year fly by or what.
I bought mine from a neglectful owner. I've only put in 700 miles in 6 weeks. It needed new valve cover gaskets, and oil and filter change, new signal bulbs, new radiator fan, and lots of cleaning up. I bought it as a secondary vehicle for fun. It's a great little car. I want to make it last as long as possible. It will be a good classic one of these days.
Took my Xfire on its first long drive to see how it would do. 3.5hrs from Huntsville, AL to Atlanta, GA (also McDonough and Fairburn). Unfortunately, it rained on the way there (12/5) and on the way home (12/14). Even with the rain, she handled like a dream and it was probably the easiest version of the drive (that I make often) I have ever had to make.
Looks like i'll need to replace one of my windshield wipers, however. One of them appears to be breaking along the bottom.

I was watching the Weather Channel and saw a red Jaguar get crushed by roof ice. As much as I would love a new CF hood, with those jag hood vents, the wife would scold me for letting it happen. So I moved mine four feet back from the house.
i'll look into getting them. thanks!
I took a really long road trip today and put my Crossfire to the test. Check out the google map of the route.
My Really Long Road Trip
All posted speed limits were "taken into consideration" of course.

I did some street runs with a small 50 shot, and it appears the tranny is kick'n like chicken.

I would imagine its pretty cold up your way. I'm down in the valley so its still pretty nice out. Going up north we saw a bunch of snow. I haven't seen snow since I moved out of NC.
