Default Wiper motor problems

I have a 2004 crossfire with 29,000 miles. Took it in on a trade, going to fix it up for resale. I was told by previous owner that the wipers didnt work. I inspected the wiper arms and found them to be stripped, bought some on ebay. Come to find out the motor wasn't working also, I disconnected the plug & tested the 4 prongs & I'm not finding a hot wire?... with car running & with just the key on. Checked fuses, all good. I need to know if there should be a hot wire on one of the 4 prongs?... I dont think the motor is bad?... but I can get any power to the motor?... any info would help, thanks

Probably the wiper motor resister attached to the bottom of the motor.
