Default lifetime Maximum Care warranty Problems

2006 crossfire roadster ltd. Bought the lifetime Maximum Care. Had vehicle in for service a few times. . Some parts under warranty are no longer made. No after market parts. Some parts they sent out for rebuild. Now there is problem with convertible top.. Anyone else having problem who has a lifetime maximum care warrant on their crossfire and chrysler not abiding by warranty because they no longer make the parts?

Other than body parts, for the most part, everything is still available.
I do mostly all my own work, I've not run into "part not available".

Typical dealer/manufacturer behavior.

Guest I was assuming you were dealing with Chrysler and not a dealer.

The link listed below, a Mopar Parts sight, has quite a listing of available parts for the Crossfire. Click on the link and start your (or your mechanic) searching the site for the parts your car needs for the repairs.

follow up on convertible top parts no longer made. Have mopar lifetime warranty. Brought it to 2nd dealer 2hrs away from home. They have HAD THE CAR FOR APPROX 2 MONTHS. GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION ABOUT Top Hydrolics. First they said they would check it out to make sure about what was wrong. . THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE ORDERING THE PARTS. NOW i WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT FIX IT AND THEY ARE HOOKING ME UP WITH CONVERTIBLE TOP GUY. SPOKE WITH HIM. HE EXPECTS ME TO PAY FOR REPAIR THEN TRY TO GET REIMBURSEMENT FROM CHRYSLER. Starts to tell me he thinks that chrysler may not be responsble for repairs to mechanical parts for top because not covered under contract. Told him they fixed and paid one year ago to repair topo. ALTHOUGH PARTS HAD TO BE REBUILT. GETTING RUN AROUND. NOT TOLD WHAT SPECIFIC PARTS NEED TO BE REPLACED CHRYSLER DEALER REP SAID HE WAS IN TOUCH WITH REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE. aNYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE THIS?
