how can you patent an oil line ? wierd.. I still don't know why they just don't install those small centrafugals, it's a much better design for a street car.

Hell I have most of the plans and blueprints for making the SC charger kit for out NA crossfire, let me know if they want the tech info for the supercharger kit. I'de do it myself if I had the time. basically the centrafugal fits between the V in the engine block I think it's a rotrex SC, but all the pieces to make the kit are shown clearly. It came from a company in germany, email me if you want the files. perfect instructions for the DIY guy out there, just mail your ecu to Kleeman overnight for the low boost tune.

^^^HUH? LOL why aren't you doing the kit my man. Help us out. What costs are you looking at other than the SC and the Keeman tune? Also, will Kleeman even offer you the tune without THEIR SC? They might tell you to F off.

PM the plans and I'll ask my mechanic the feasibility.

send me your email adress..
I make more money at my day job, who want's the grief of dealing with customer orders, and silly questions about nuts and bolts and how do I mount this bracket, etc, etc...

Also Kleeman isn't the only company who has the low boost flash software. but I was told by an SLK320 owner that he just mailed them his ecu and they programmed it.

thats prettycool. but in all honesty i would rather have a turbo charger. better on gas and in my opinion better over all. its just a matter or preferance but id say turbo hands down. and whats the low boost? like how low you talkin? like 4-5psi? cuz i plan on runnin a max of 8-9.

there is no way your running the NA motor at 8-9 psi without doing some engine work, it's just not worth it. You can do it but you will have to figure out some kinda IC system to get the air temps down and also run the highest octane fuel available for your street car.Trust me it's designed to be a low boost system for a reason, mostly economical, otherwise sell your car and buy an SRT6

Coolio, thats plenty for this car. If I remember correctly these people had a website but now its dedicated only to BMW. But this kit also costs 5,500 vs. 2,900 for the STS turbo kit. Both options are cool, I don't care about turbo or SC. Power is power.

o icic. well in that case yea. i would run low then. but the price is still unbeatable. for a total of about 4500. youd have everything done. installation, tune, and kit. im yet to see a better deal than that. and hell you can get anywhere from 2-4mpg better.

here's the Dyno graph, it's located in post #50 of this thread https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...t=17591&page=3

MAybe we can get TVT to groupbuy this, who's ready to pull the trigger?

I recieved an Email from Rotrex,:
"We have a customer prototyping a kit for a Mercedes that I think is quit similar. I have no knowledge of his business plan and if you would like to develop a kit for the cross-fire, we would be more than happy to assist."

Please contact Steve Boren at x122 with any questions.
