My Vin # 1C3AN69L74X017160, 2004 Crossfire, Limited Coupe. I thought that I was sharing good news. I didn't expect to be ridiculed and made a fool of. The Manufacturer offered to pay half the Dyno fee, so I guess I will get an On and Off reading. This will give you wise-asses something to do tonight. This is excluding the people who were civil about my Post. I am not sure it is going to work either, but I am confident enough to pay the full and relatively Great price up front. Someone mentioned that it better be at least $2000, or it is junk. That person better price Superchargers, they run around $7,000. I will tell you the price and all the information you need to know after I have driven it, and had it Dyno'ed. Well guys, have at it. To the jerk in Minnesotsa... if your SRT is stock, I will be happy to race you when my car is done! Just make it worthwhile for me to come to your area.
The information below is for just one model of possible Superchargers available. I think I am actually getting the model right below this one. # weeks!
Basic installation instructions and hardware are included.
The information below is for just one model of possible Superchargers available. I think I am actually getting the model right below this one. # weeks!
- Twin opposed 108amp ultra high speed brushless motors able to handle 12 volts – 24 volts, no load rpm per volt is 4,000 or 12v = 48,000 no load RPM - up to – 24v = 96,000rpm, resistance is a mere 0.0034 and they operate with extreme efficiency. Gearing - for each motor turn on the input shaft, it equals 2.5 turns on the output shaft. Theoretical no load output shaft speed is 120,000rpm @ 12v and 240,000rpm @ 24v. Actual load speeds are about 32% less than no load speeds on 12volts; approximate loaded speed of 81,600rpm @ 12v. With 24 volts the speed is electronically limited to 135,000rpm. We electronically limit the speed to stay well within the materials shear strength.
- Twin high amperage ultra low resistance computers to control the twin motors, 200amp constant and 230amp burst, both encased in our patent pending full aluminum cooling box injected with moisture free gas. Liquid cooling ready ceramic heat dissipation systems for the computers and liquid cooling kits are upgrade options available at additional cost.
- Full aluminum high strength stress relieved gear box designed with multiple edges for strength and increased surface area for cooling, they are CNC 4 axis cut from a solid chunk of aluminum. Liquid cooling ready gear boxes are available along with liquid cooling kits; they are sold as an upgrade option at additional cost.
- Ultra hard secondary process stress relieved low energy loss spiral bevel gears coated with a third process material that has the same expansion rate as the underlying gear metal to increase longevity and performance (custom exotic metal spiral bevel gear sets are extremely expensive…they are so expensive, we decided to invest in our own gear production machine).
- Titanium input and output shafts to reduce moving mass weight and afford ultra strength for the extreme speeds and lightning fast spooling up of 1/5 of a second. Because of the extreme and very sudden torque, these are secondary process, stress relieved shafts.
- Custom high speed precision ceramic bearings, rated to speed close to 200,000rpm, these are sealed with a specialized permanent lubricant and require no maintenance. For those who wish to use liquid cooling for high use or under extreme conditions; liquid cooling ready gear boxes and liquid cooling kits are sold as an upgrade option.
- Battery to computer power cable is “0” gauge oxygen free low resistance wire (do not simply go to the store and buy power cable for the FOS superchargers, please use our included wires so you don’t have energy loss form cheap wires); the tri wire sets from each computer to each motor is three 10 gauge silver coated copper ultra low resistance wire, the grounding wire is 4 gauge oxygen free cable.
- In cabin fighter style or discrete rocker arming switch with 10’ of super high grade Teflon silver coated copper wire
- Throttle position sensor for variable boost or NOS switch for all-at-once boost wherever you set the NOS switch to activate. You must tell us one or the other…or order both for an additional $17.00.
- High flow cone filter from AEM or K&N. Do not use a cheap filter, they can collapse under high cfm draw situations.
Basic installation instructions and hardware are included.
I found the website http://www.fullonspeed.com/ edit:sorry the 1st one i gave didnt work

The product might just be woth trying? I mean what else is there that can possibly generate more power for the NA Crossfire for under a $1000? I would definitely wait to see some dyno results before any commitment.
Thanks for supplying the great information Jeff, I know you were just trying to help out and people decided to tear you a new one. Isn't it funny that there are no more rude remarks posted after the website was revealed? Honeslty, majority of the people on this forum are ridiculous! I mean give the guy a break, he didn't want to blow smoke up anyone's *** by sounding like he was a spokesman for the company.
I hope you will post some initial reactions to the product and maybe a dyno sheet in the future.

hey this might be something for my kids 2.0 Mitzi, but I am skeptical of the claims, and your guy warned you if everything isn't set up just right...so we shall see, keep us informed, and I didn't bash you, but I am skeptical....Doc
Well, posting your serial # makes you sound like you're for real. Maybe I mistook your obvious enthuism for the product, as coming off like a guy shouting about some "Wonder Product" on TV.
But I still stand by my original post, when I said, (more or less) if this product delivered the goods, its maker would supply dyno charts to every automotive magazine out there. The free publicity would be priceless.
I've been wondering why an electric supercharger wouldn't work for over 40 years now. Ever since I asked a neighbor (who was an auto mechanic) why a heater blower motor fan connected to the air cleaner of my first car wouldn't improve performance.
Jeff, if you want to spend your money on this product, be my guest. But don't be upset if "most" Crossfire owners here seem amused.
Seeing is believing, and so far, nobody's showed us anything.

Well i've just been reading this thread... as a EE I believe it could be done, but the cost would be rather large... anyways, found this article
http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/04...ger/index.html
It can be done, and done well, but how usefull would it be on a daily driver??? 1st gen devices are always full of flaws, this isnt going to be a mass market product for sometime to come (if ever!? does anyone else hear the death of the high performance internal combustion engine with 109 a barrel of oil???), it's basic fluid dynamics, you have flow SO much air that it's going to be a problem with the current batch of brushless motors (that would FIT in a car) , unless you get into rare-earth metals and find some economies of scale the pricing would be insane... in any event, keep us posted!
Oh and truth be told, that fullonspeed stuff looks like nothing more than a turbocharger housing with some PCV painted red and a flap valve... Hope the guy isn't a scammer. Maverick , keep us posted?

I was talking about the Electric Supercharger. For this to be a legit deal which it now looks like it is, total cost would be between 1-2K - if it was much more than this then you'd have to consider selling your Xfire and getting an SRT6. The SRT6 is turnkey. Adding 40% more horsepower would very well neccesitate upgrading the fuel injectors & fuel pump - by the time your done... how much money would you have invested and what would your car realistically be worth? Then you suspention is not tuned for the extra power & the faster you go the quicker you should be able to stop, so now we're talking about upgrading the brakes.
If your're trying to turn a NA Crossfire into SRT performance... just get an SRT. In the end dollar for dollar you'll be better off and happier.
my appologies for being so skeptical and rude - but you could have avoided mine as well as the comments of others had you just given MORE INFO. on the product - that is key.
If you look at the SRT section anytime someone has come up with a product they have ALL gone through some skepticism. Perfect example... the new SC PULLEY.
I don't know your $ situation but sharing info. - someone might be ready and able to do it all in a few ctdays and share results - a key purpose of forum.
AGAIN - MY APPOLOGIES FOR BEING SO HARSH, but if you'd have given all the info. (no reason to hide it if you are not connected in development of the product) peolple would have had a completely different attitude on the subject.
IN YOUR ORIGINAL POST YOU SOUNDED LIKE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET YOU INTO THEIR "BUSINESS" BY CREATING "YOUR OWN BUSINESS" AND NEVER TELL YOU WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING - AMWAY

Maverick, You should have posted your new information first instead of your initial post. A little more credible, but I've been around a little longer than most on this the forum and wonder why, if credible, other auto manufacturers or after market suppliers haven't jumped onto this technology. I wonder what the reliability of such a devise could be. Personally, I would rather have a Crossfire that I could drive out to the California coast an back without giving a thought to reliability instead of blowing somebody's doors off.
I remain an open minded sceptic and feel that I owe no apologies. My offer to buy it as a boat anchor after your done still stands.
P.S. Just looked at the website for this unit. Unless I missed it I see no reference to how long they have been in business. I see no testimonials or magazine tests for the supercharger. Should be a red flag. I would ask them for referrals and satisfied customers, after all it looks like you will be spending plenty and they should have no problem furnishing the information. Also looks like for maximum performance you would need to buy their Braille battery, engine computer, etc. I'll bet if you can't get this product to operate as advertised, they have more products that they could sell you. Just saying be carefull. Don't get burnt and fall for the hype.

There are a lot of red flags for doing business with these guys. Like was mentioned, no tests, no reviews, no dyno sheets, no acual specifications or kit pictures shown anywhere on their site or the web. Zero credibility as far as I can tell. Many spelling errors on their site lead me to wonder if these "engineering" guys are selling kits or just some trailer trash taking deposit/order money only to go out of business in a month or two and running with the money. If you look at the few pictures shown, they talk about 100-150 amp motors yet the wires shown running to these motors look like 10 amp extension cord wire. (They also mention that these units have "zero" lag and spool up in 1/5th of a second. (think about it for a second.....) I'd take my money and run for my life. I also don't see a business address listed anywhere, either? I would definately pay with a credit card or Paypal and if you don't get results (i.e. actual parts that you can install and test in a couple days), file immediately for a credit card refund while you can. Good luck on your quest for "free" horsepower. I'm still going to push the "B.S." button vs. the "easy" (horsepower) button that you're pounding on.
Maverick....Maverick.....this is the Ice Man.....
Your heading to the danger zone!!!!!
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
All kidding aside, make sure your crap detector is on high alert. Don't get ripped off and better yet, dont blow up your Crossfire.
Good Luck and keep us posted.
Not to beat a dead horse, but a little more info in your original post would have prevented most of the snake oil like dis-belief. Posted from a new user profile really raised the red flags. While some of us doubt the claims, we hope that we are wrong. However, if this was a viable mod, everyone would already have it on their cars. The tuner community would be all over it.

I reccommend a 3 phase power inverter plugged into the cig lighter.
I know what you mean, I have been trying so hard to find something, anything, that would give my car some more kick that I have had to send countless things back:a piece of paper clip with a little piece of lead in the middle of it, all the way to a plastic air-pump, that isn't nearly as good as the one that I have for my air-bed. But I do believe in this Product. Like I have repeated over, and over....we will see in about 3 weeks. Some very nice person wrote me, and had the idea that these superchargers are under $1000, I may have said something that mislead that person, or all of you for that matter. This isn't a giveaway, like I said, to find a regular Supercharger for $7,000 isn't the least bit unusual. I never mentioned the price of the Supercharger that I ordered, I didn't mention the Company either, for good reason, I didn't want people to think that I have approved this Product or Company, as of yet, the results are completely unknown. I didn't want anyone running out to order one, until I had mine installed. I am the last guy that wants a person ripped-off on the Web, or another Scam-Artist (they shouldn't be considered artists) to get a few bucks. I guess I didn't have to worry about running anywhere, except to put down someone who brought the possibility of a very good product to the table. I am not worried about the criticism, but those who do criticize should cover their butts, and keep it impersonal. I am just another guy that wants more HP out of my Xfire! Agreed, I am very optimistic about this, I haven't told anyone to go out and buy one, in fact as I have stated, I would not even tell anyone how , or where to buy the Product, and if you reread any of my posts I believe you will see the words "in about 3 weeks". At any rate, thisis all that I will have to say until I have tested. By the way, I give people a chance to try and fool me, but they never get to enjoy it! I always get my money back....ALWAYS. Jeff
Any fool can criticize another man that is doing something, while they are not. The only people above criticism are tose who do nothing, therefore there is nothing to show for it.

I would recommend picking up a copy of Corky Bell's Maximum Boost from the bookstore. Almost every Barnes and Nobles has a copy of it. It is easy reading, well written, and you will learn a lot about how to make your 219hp car into a 440hp car.
Look, we are not posting replies to try to put you down. Read the book. It will change your way of thinking about forced induction and you won't have to sit there giving hacks "a chance" all your life. Instead, you'll know the hard truth and then all you have to do is figure out how to get there.
