Valky, I will be making my reservations this week.

 

I just got off the phone with my contact at the Marriott and she confirmed that 12 rooms have been booked at this time which matches my count from the members posting and sending me PM's.
If we are able to get the remaining 9 rooms booked there are still more rooms available at this time for us to add to our group rate block of rooms.
As time passes these available rooms may no longer be available so I encourage
anyone attending who will be staying either Friday or Saturday night (or both) to BOOK NOW
and notify me so I can continue to track the rooms booked.

Note: When making a reservation online if the 2 queen beds or 1 King bed comes up as not available simply call them direct and you should be able to choose the bed / beds of choice. Be sure to mention the Crossfire Club at that time.
Also your credit card will only be used to hold the room and will not be billed until after your stay.

Just a suggestion.

I know that you have not finalized payment of the parking reservations yet and I'm not sure if you have given thought to name badges for the participants..........in the reserved parking area.

For those who may not already have name badges (Diane and I do have Xfire name badges) would it be possible to charge an extra $1.00 for two name badges, and tie that in with the parking payment (I'm thinking those clear plastic ones with the pin).

I really think it helps if we all had name badges and then we will know who each other is during the week-end and can communicate with that person on a first name basis.

What do you think?

Excellent Point Ann, He has Almost any Color you would want to Match your Crossfire or Whatever! (If He is Still Making them, but I am Quite sure he is!) He may want a few $'s more, but he will tell you when you PM Him. SF
