I just put in for my vacation, and the wife really wants to go. We've never been to Reno, it was a lot of fun last year here in Denver, we look forward to hanging out alot of Crossfires!. So put us down for this one!

Wife's vacation was approved so this weekend we are going to start making reservations for wherever we end up staying.

Thank you for adding us, last year was the first time for us to meet up with other crossfire owners. We were not able to participate the entire meet since I had only taken a couple of days off from work. But this time I've got the whole week off, I'm really looking forward to this one! For those who are attending. Would you rather have a caa #3 coffee mug or reusable water bottle? I see it as everyone has a coffee mug and a coffee mug can just sit there. But you can actually use a reusable water bottle where ever you go.

Or would you guys rather have something else branded with caa #3?

 

How about T shirts?
Water bottle would be my next choice but anything would be fun.

I'm hoping to book a hotel soon Is the Silverland our "official" hotel? Or is there a way to know where most people are staying? I'm just wanting to join the crowd.

The Silverland is the Hotel I got the group rate for and for groups it would be the best hotel in Virginia city because of its larger capacity for guest but also parking.

My only problem with t-shirts are that they will be for all different sizes and even if I get everyone's size it seems like t-shirts always end up not fitting a few people right. If everyone wants shirts I can look into it though.

And when I say water bottle I mean one of the metal ones. Not the plastic ones.

I would like to attend this 1 as I missed last years in Denver because I was in the middle of putting my xfire back together. I need to see if my work schedule would allow this trip. Put me down as tentative. Maybe Evan, Tom and Bernice can get with me and we can make it a crossfire convoy from the Denver area.

So is the place to stay for everyone the Silverland hotel? If everyone is staying there we will join along but if everyone wants to kind of fan out then the wife has another place in mind. We are working on getting everything finalized here very soon.

*edit* went ahead and booked at the Silverland. The indoor heated pool sold us, as it should help keep the wife's migraines at bay from all the driving. We are checking in Monday evening and are booked through Sat morning.
Now if I could just get the San Fran hotel to answer so I can book there I would be much happier.
