Five Crossfires in one place at the same time? That's unheard of!
Svengoolie hangs out with four of his friends. Septmeber 27, 2025.

The last Diane's Dairy Saturday Cruise Night was a great night! There was free food, music, a bunch of great cars and a mix of Crossfires!
Here are pics from the event:

Excellent picture! The orange sky and the reflection off your car is great.
On a side note, the redhut Diner sign looks like a pack of Marlboros.

Svengoolie is trippin' again! October 19, 2025.

My friends and I took a cruise up to Highland Falls, New York (West Point). They had their Dodge Coronets and I followed in my Crossfire. It was great scenic route through the back roads of New Jersey and New York State.
We traveled around 100 miles round trip. We stopped at Andy's for breakfast, great food! Then we headed to a farmer's market near the gates of the West Point Visitor's Center. We didn't have enough time to go into the center, but we plan on going back in the spring. On the way back we stopped at my friend's garage to get some aerial pics of our cars.
Here are some pictures from the trip.

The tradition of mules as mascots for Army dates back to 1899, when an officer at the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot decided that the team needed a mascot to counter the Navy goat. Mules were an obvious choice, as they were used as haulers for Army gear for generations.

Well, Svengoolie is officially off the road for the winter.
I'll be doing a couple of "how to" posts soon.
One will be on replacing the parking brake shoes and hardware. Sven likes to roll on hills a bit if I don't put the transmission in gear (manual transmission).
The other will be replacing the oil level sending unit. Now I know where the oil leak is coming from.

I used cargo straps to hold the front wheels to the ramps. This will prevented Sven from moving when I jacked up the back end.

The straps are only snugged down. I didn't want to over tighten them. I used a block of wood to keep the ratcheting mechanism away from the tire.

A friend of mine was making pictures of people's cars in front of famous places. She asked what place I wanted her to make for my car.
I chose Fort Knox in Kentucky. That is where I did my basic training and learned to be a tank driver over 40 years ago.
These are the pics she made with A I. NOTE: A I is not allowed to use any trademarked logos so that's why the symbols look weird.

Oil Level Sensor Replacement. PART 1 of 4 (10 picture restriction per post) January 4th - 12th, 2026.
Svengoolie get sensored!

The oil light kept coming lighting up on my dashboard. I checked the oil with the dipstick and all was well. So I crawled under the car, and there was oil on the lower engine cover.
Well, here we are again with another post!

THE FIFTH ELEMENT... I mean O-Ring Post 1 of 2 January 12, 2026
Starring my car "Svengoolie", Bruised ******* and Mimi YoYodawitch.

NOTE: It is not necessary to change the 5th o-ring.
This post was done just to show where and what it was for. It is possible to break the filter housing if it is done incorrectly.

After doing the oil level sensor, I had to add new oil and a new oil filter.
The MANN oil filter kit comes with 5 o-rings.
Usually when people change their oil and filter, there's always that extra 5th o-ring that gets tossed out.
Well, I did a little digging, which led to more pictures, which red to more descriptions, which led to another post!

This is the work that I did on my car. It's for reference only. Any work that you do on your car is your responsibility.
