Default Convertible Top Not Working

I just got a 2005 crossfire from a widow it has super low miles and is in awesome shape ( like new) kept in garage.
My issue is the top . Bought it knowing it had leaking actuators and pump was run dry. Got that covered .Ordering parts from Top Hydraulics’s after I get past my current issues.
First the widows late husband removed the two cables that control the little closeouts on both sides of the tonnue cover due To they broke . Looking for replacements and how they route. I know they attach to top linkage some how.

Second issue is I put top down manually once and all was fine .I put it backup few days later and now weather is nice wife wants it down . It all unlocks and I can raise lid but when I pull front of top back it moves slightly but stops and feels like it’s HYDROLOCKED somewhere.
help please

Those are called Tonneau Flap Cables. They are not available to my knowledge, but some have been able to have replacements made at a bicycle shop.
There are several threads here that discuss them, most are not labeled correctly, either. Here is one:

If you are going to work on the car, download the service manual here:

I have moved your post to the Roadster forum, if you look in this part of the forum you will find most threads on the convertible top.

I have had good luck with cables for other applications with California Push Pull .

Question klaus said to ask forum this question
is there anyone out there that can help me with the cables and routing of cables for the two closeout wings .The widow I bought the car from late husband pulled them out cause the ends broke. He took whole cable housings out. I have cables and going to put new ends on them but have no clue how the route. I am currently working on replacing all hyd components from top hydraulics

1) "Visitor Messages" are not a good way to ask a question, please use Private Messaging or just post in a thread.
2) Zach in South Carolina is pretty good with tops. I will PM you his number.
