Installed a Code 3 intake and code 3 Pulley (GAINED NO POWER)
Just me but in a pinch you can measure the circumference of the pullies and get meanigful readings without a indicating caliper. C = Pi x Diameter.
Pull the tape measure out wrap it around and measure from like the 1" mark to the end of the tape where it crosses. Remember that you started at 1" ( to avoid the lump on the end of the tape ) and you have the diameter with a bit of a calculator. Pi is about 3.1416 FYI.
6.28 or 6.25 would be about 2" in diameter. If you have a mm tape life is easier; otherwise to get mm just multiply inches by 25.4, thus 2" would be about 50.8mm

Sorry, I can't remember off the top of my head, but it is in the owners manual. Pretty easy sequence with key & gas pedal...

As everyone else said, 4PSI of boost is nothing to sneeze at. I just bought a C3 myself and I can't wait to install it. Sadly, I have to wait until LET comes out to the bay area to do tunes again. I have the SL 55 intake, C3 pulley, and then tune. Should be good to bring the car up to 390-400hp (if my car is strong stock).
EDIT: BTW, how hard is it to warp these things? I'm worried about an out-of-round scenario on my pulley, but if they're steel im sure it's pretty damn hard to do...

1. Get in your car
2. Turn the key to the on (not start) position, the position just before the starter
turns over.
3. Press the gas pedal to the floor with the key in the "on" position.
4. Hold the pedal to the floor for five seconds, then turn the key back
to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas
pedal.
5. Wait 2 mins. for a full alignment.
6. Drive the car as you always do.

to the OP, honestly with all of these bolt ons you really need a tune to get the most out of the parts and to keep the motor safe

What's "un-safe" about a added filter and a slightly smaller S/C pulley??
When properly installed - it's promoted as the safest bolt-on mod on the market for the SRT6.... and the factory tune tends to be a little on the rich side..
I agree a tune is always in order.. Lean that puppy out a bit... Unless your planning on 1/4 mile glory... Then go take on your friend on again at the same roll...
I always tune for every modification, its just habit and good practice.
I have to re-tune the z06 in the next few weeks and its going to be a nightmare, new heads, lifters, rocker arms, pushrods, intake manifold, headers, throttle body and intake.
The tune I built for it before with the other parts is going to be basically useless.
Thats the way I was taught growing up and its just stuck with me.

I would have to imagine the losses are higher due to being automatic, i could see 15% for a manual, but its atleast 20% for an auto
i ran my c3 without a tune ir intake mod. the difference was definatly noticable. have you measured the pulley?

So yes - you'll need to modifiy your stock air boxes or buy an aftermarket intake.
Then get a dyno tune...
Quite simply check the pulley diameter. Physics tell me if the diameter is smaller your SC should be turning faster thus increasing HP. Maybe you bought a stock pulley?? or maybe had a beer too many and re-installed the original pulley. ha ha.
