The entire MB Kompressor world uses this same oil, without noted ill effects. I do not doubt your pics, but I am betting that the seal and gasket materials used in the superchargers is compatible with the Mobil Jet Oil.
The surface of most OEM seals might be worn like this, so I could not see.
OEM size is,
1. In-dia. : 25mm
2. Out-dia. : 37mm
3. Thickness : 5.5mm (~7mm might be Ok)
4. Type : one dust rip + double seal
I installed same size with one seal then it leaks.
How many springs are in this OEM seal?
Is the diameter on which the seal slips damaged? The face must not be highly polished, there is a prescribed finish for this face which allows a minute amount of oil to sit and lubricate the seal lip. It is this oil that escapes but it should not be very visible for a long time.
Extra springs will exert too much pressure over time and cause premature wear on the seal lips
Does your pulley bolt have the hole through its middle?

OEM seal has one spring and mine …
(I also put in-dia.1mm smaller type seal(24mm), it was too tight for rotating)
I see the shiny wear on the seal face, to me this indicates a seal not concentric with the shaft or a worn bearing. The shaft must run concentric to the seal or the seal will have a slightly oval bore which will wear more on the longest axis of the oval shape.
You do not show the surface finish of the area on the shaft where the seal runs, too rough or too smooth will result in excess wear at that point.
Extra pressure from two springs will also lead to a faster failure of the seal in the long run. If the seal had needed extra pressure it would have had two to start with.
Replace the front bearing if it is worn.
