Great start. Just a couple thoughts from the peanut gallery. I know the professionals will continue to work their majic.
- We can charge $15 if we get the winery. (in Advance) Do $20 on site?
- You can reduce the verbage under the Charity section. Do primary info / mission and put the link. That should shorten it up and make the font larger and more legible.
- Reminder, we are including motorcycles and trucks vans. Need to include distinction in reg form etc.
- Add a place holder for location.
- Leave room or adjust to make sure sponsor logos can be prominent.
KEEP THE SSB Concept!! I love it.
Carry on!

I preregistered, ill see if i can find the form and attach it here. you can register at the gate, preregistering saves you $5, but you still have to wait in line. they just have your bag of swag ready and registration card filled out.

when you register for Mason Dixon let everyone know what class you will be in. we dont want to load up in one class. if we can put atleast one crossfire in every class we can be in, that would be great. Oh and there is usually a Viper at Mason Dixon.............so we will put at least one of our heavy hitters against it.

I'm registered in Import/rebadged Chrysler.

I also printed out our show's flyer, it looks really good in both color and black and white. I'll make sure David gets the feedback.

I'll bring a pop up canopy. I'm also driving the Plymouth (this is our practice for Carlisle) so I'll have room for some extra stuff.

Just some thoughts on the flyer and the above.
Very nice work!
(Mind, I've not seen a lot of car show flyers so those in the know please chime in)

1) Definitely remove or shorten the Charity copy and leave room for the sponsor logos (we're getting more I assume?) Also, do we note that we are giving away gift bags? 50, first come? Sponsors should get priority over our club logo (we appear enough on the flyer...show them some love)
2) Should you identify the categories for judging specifically here?
3) As noted, I believe we said there was a MC category too (yes?), if so add a MC wheel to the left side bar, and note that on the bottom left list
4) "Charity Drive" - this is a benefit or fund raising event for NCSR - As such I'd like to know if people think there is more pull from the charity angle vs COM angle. If so, we should use the headline space for promoting the "charity" event sponsored by COM. The notion of "Animal Rescue" has some pull, would like to see that worked in if we go that route. I'm sure Dave can get some pointers from the NCSR folks on what works for them.
5) Pricing - just wanted to understand if leaving that open for discussion depending upon the venue?
6) Printing - are we intending to use a color flyer? If you plan to run this as B/W (one color) please do a test. (the orange will get lost in a one color print job)
7) Design comment - love the wheels on the left edge, would be sharp if you lined up the center of the wheels vertically. (sorry couldn't help myself :P)

Good work guys!

Good work guys!
I'll make sure David gets all sugestions, and I think ill send him a couple of car show flyers i have laying around to give him some more ideas. we have all sponsor logos now for all the companies listed on the form. I dont plan on contacting any more national companies for suport, but we can make adjustments for local brands that are interested. I have printed out the flyer in color and BW and it looks just fine. once we have the venue i'll forward all sugestions and let them work on the finial version.

Very good feedback so far!

Great work David. It looks amazing. A few suggestions:

1. Can we place the word "COM" somewhere above, after or beneath "Crossfires of Maryland"
2. Change" All Car Show" to "All Comers Show and Charity Drive". This may encourage trucks and motorcycles to attend.
3. Change "All Cars Welcome" section to "Award Classes" based on participation results.
4. Delegate one COM Board Member as the Event Coordinator and put their email/cellphone number on the flyer as "contact for additional information".
5. Make a spot for "All Car Clubs Welcome".
6. Place a Chrysler, SRT6, SEMA and SAN logos on the flyer.
7. Insert the various Crossfire wheels in the "rim" banner on the left side of the flyer.
8. Registration tab...word to indicate "Donation for Showfield Placement"
9. DONT FORGET TO LEAVE ROOM FOR THE LOCATION. LOL

Jason/David, requested logos were emailed to you prior to this posting.

Thanks guys...I think I have all the additional changes you have pointed out and will work making them all happen. I am saving space for location - I will lay it in when we know what it is.

If I was going in the wrong direction with this just let me know....I looked at some other fliers on line but wsn't particularly impressed with what I saw so if you have some good ones, send 'em over so I can check them out.

Still working the dash plaque issue. I need artwork for the plaque. Do we want to use the same picture and writing from the flyer? That wouldn't be bad but I would need a copy of the artwork! Moving ahead!!!!!!
