COM got an email from the Ghost Ryderz club, they will promote our show, and they sent us a flyer to their summer show. Its on father's day in Glen Burnie. I know some of you are fathers and have plans, but this club did bring 50+ cars to our show. We can discuss it more at the meeting, but all I'm asking is we show up at 8am, register, get our club name on their registration information, a couple pictures of the cars, and then go spend the day with the family. Just give the club an hour or two, thats all.

You are right. We should repay the courtesy they extended by supporting us last year. Those folks really turned out and helped make our show a success. Father's Day is a tough weekend for. Lot of people- hopefully everyone can carve out some time...hey, bring dad along!
Put me on the list to attend....I might still be trying to get the moisture out of my headlight. ( I am experiencing some of the woes of other owners with this Crossfire. Aero Blue didn't suffer these maladies)

Mine did that with the red crossfire. they will dry out if you keep the lights on. there is a kit you can buy that plugs the access holes better, the real "fix" is to get 99% pure alcohol and clean it out with that then seal them with the new kit, but the alcohol is EXPENSIVE.

ok so now anything that you post to the COM facebook page will be seen by all the followers of the page. you can post a message or picture from your personal account to the club's account and everyone will get an update from it. Also I'll give all the board members the log in and password information for the page so if anyone wants to make changes or post anything from COM they will be able to.

Yeah I read that on here...I think I read everything on here! Ugh...I'm pretty sure this has already had the update kit. The little T shaped tubes are not on the back...they now have small caps or plugs. And the rubber dust caps...one on each side has a cover with a rectangular membrane of some sort about 1" X 2".
I'm just going to have to watch it a while. Wish I had garage.

Is this a page on your personal account now? If you are set as the administrator you should be able to set up control so you or anyone can post on the page. You can also set up additional email addresses (as long as they have Facebook accounts) that can be administrators on the page as well. They won't be able to get into your personal page...just the com page. Then they won't have to use your log in information to post something....probably good for the CICCI guys.

yup, thats how it is set up, i can add anyone that wants to "drive" the FB page. and they log in to their personal page and make changes to COM. let me know if anyone wants access to the COM page, if the boad approves ill add you as an admin. I set up a personal page (Jason Chisler) and set myself as the second admin............after the club's account.

Misfits Car Show - May 5th in Monrovia, MD

I'm likely to go to ths. It's only about 15 minutes away and the Misfits sent a number of cars to our show last year. If anyone else is interested, I've attached the Flyer. Pretty easy access of of Interstate 70 and route 75.

Default coolant tank question

Yesterday my low coolant light came on and off a couple of times. The engine temp gauge is running below the mid point as it normally does. I checked the overflow tank and noticed it was half full. My question is there is no indicator line on the tank that tells me how high the level should be. Does that mean that I should top off the tank? Any help will be greatly appreciated. John Figueroa

yeah........25 years or older. we can all pile in the Fury and go. accoriding to the B-52's since my car is as big as a whale, i should be able to seat about 20, but you will have to bring your own jukebox money...

Paul you might want to contact them and see if they have another show that is open to all. let them know they brought cars to our show last year, and we just want to help support their club as well.

is the light coming on and off when you accelerate or go around sharp turns? Sometimes air gets trapped in the system and allows the lights to come on. when was the last time you did a flush and fill of the system? check it with the car running, warmed up and sitting still. if you are low, then add a little bit more coolent or purified water.

Yeah, it's 25 and older but I'm going to go, just donate the reg fee and just visit and check out the cars. This will still be an olive branch for our club so they can recognize our support even though we aren't "show worthy" given our lack of age. I can also pass out flyers, which I still concede we need to update soon (after next weeks meeting) to include some additional info.

We can also pile into the fury. I'll park my crossfire in your trunk since it has the most room. I called dibbs first

we can discuss that show more this weekend and at the meeting next week. We are making a one time change to the flyer during the club meeting, we have to add sponsors, JB Seafood, and the kettle corn person, as long as they are 100% committed to the show.
