Default This Forum!

Okay, wifes tahoe threw a rich condition code (07 Model). Thought well lets learn about Tahoes and joined what seemed to be the most active forum. Two days after joining and saying "hello" I get a "welcome" response. Today it died in rush hour traffic while she was sitting in the middle of it (Thanks for being so friendly Tulsa!..NOT).. Anyways schrader valve has no fuel pressure, so guessing it's either fuel pump relay or fuel pump (no spinning up heard either).. but good luck when you search on that forum for information.
Just makes me glad all the members here contribute to issues and resolutions to them! I'll wing it on the Chevy... but this Crossfire has been a whole different story.. and makes owning one a whole let less intimidating considering the price of parts and visits to the dealer.

This forum is a great place! Most, if not all, of the known issues are adressed here and is fairly easy to search. And all of the members are more than happy to help!

Thank you XF Forum!

Its probably the fuel pump by the way. Buy the whole sender assembly/pump from a dealer, aftermarket can be real hit or miss and you don't want to drop the tank more than you have to.
These are notorious for pumps failing, same pump they have been using since the early 90's (with only slight changes made, mostly visual).

Yeah that's where i'm at.. fuel pump.. I'll spend the 16 bucks for a relay first though since it's only got 60K on the clock. My 94 chevy had around 200K before it bit the dust..$271 for the lower end pump $350 for the higher end at Autozone... makes the Crossfires look like a bargain.. LOL

And like I started this thread with.. 1 maybe 2 comments on the pump on that forum..
