Unhappy Headlights not working properly

Both headlights are not working. I understand that the the 2004 crossfires have had condensation problems which caused the bulbs to burn out occasionally. Nevertheless, my passenger headlamp does not have condensation but now both bulbs will not light up. I have replaced the bulbs and the fuses but the problem continues...my headlights will not work???

Are all four bulbs not working?
Did this happen at the same time or at different times?
Please state the chain of events as it happened.

Do you have power to the fuse? And power to the headlight bulb connector? These problems have turned out to be bulbs burning out within a short period of time of each other. You say you replaced the bulbs - did you touch them with your hands of fingers? It's possible that the bulbs are bad, but check for power at the connectors and go back from there to the fuse. Let us know what you find out.

You will see that pin 2 of BOTH headlight connectors is GROUND.
Pin 3 is the 12v for the low beams, pin 4 is for the high beams.
With both lights unplugged, measure the harness pins with the lights turned on.
You should see 12v from 3 to 2 for low beams, and 4 to 2 for high beams.
( If high beams are selected, you see both of the above )

If you see the 12v, then the problem is in the headlight unit(s), if not, then wiring, fuses or the Lighting Control Module ( the headlight switch )
