Hi, looking for some assistance and wiring diagrams if possible.
Main problem is central locking not working to lock by remote or switch in car, using remote the hazards flash three times so system is seeing the remote ok. if i manualy lock by pushing buttons on the doors down, then operating unlock on fob actuates the central locking pump and unlocks the doors.
Also spoiler is up all time and won't lower.
got a few fault codes, one suggests there is a fault with the drivers door lock cylinder switch, but I have stripped this down and there is nothing there.
in RFL module
1101-02 driver cylinder lock switch sense (unlock) short to ground
B1101 Secure SN2 control cable PSE/CL, CF, ATA (i have forgot what module this is in)
in BCM
1117-05 door unlock switch sense ckt open or line short
1101-02 key fob internal failure close/panic button shorted
1494-02 spoiler switch led circuit short to ground or open
1491-01 rear spoiler motor failure runtime error
Could do with some wiring diagrams to do some tests, this car has been elsewhere and had a replace ment BCM and Central locking pump, part of me is thinking that incompatible mercedes parts have been used and don't have the same software for configurations, but apparantly it worked normal for a while??

Be sure to get as much of the wiring harness as you can also because it is probably corroded also.
yeah I noticed that today as I was applying a rust dissolver.
One of the wires came right out. I'm like Ughhh.. LoL
it pretty easy to see where it came out of. Thank God I'm a electronic technician. LoL

One of the wires came right out. I'm like Ughhh.. LoL This is why you check the PSE plug. A pin from the connecter was rusted off in it and that why the wire broke off.

well this was an adventure to say the least .LoL here is why the devil is in the details. LoL
see that little connector that pin was stuck in it. Cleaned the rust off. Here is the the plug this goes into.
First coat looking good... Killed the rust now fresh paint....
Fresh and new looking. One more coat to go.... Pump side one more coat should do it.
There is two rubber plugs on the forward side of each 'bay', one on each side. Before you put everything back together, poke a hole (or like I did, slice an 'X' in each with a razor blade) in each. This will allow each side to drain any water out. You'll also have to find out where the water is coming from, and fix that as well. Once you replace a foot or so of each cable, and you bought a working CLPM, you should be back in service with that system. Good luck!

Nice and clean.
Cleaned this harness the from the salvage yard. No rust. You have to clean both sides remember the color pin placement their tricky to get out. Don't just pull. You will need a pin to unlock the pin catch and pull one at a time just apply a little pressure on the side you see under the numbers.
