Cool Parisitic Battery Drain, TPMS Module

I have owned a 2006 Crossfire basic Roadster since 2007. Just recently it has developed a parasitic drain on the circuit connected to fuse 9 (TPMS, Security, Horn,Interior lights). Everything seems to work correctly and amperage measures change as different options are used. I can't test TPMS because the TPS sensors in the wheels were unknowingly removed when tires were replaced. I cant seem to locate the TPS module to disconnect it and determine if it is indeed the module. The hack found on YouTube suggesting disconnection of the gray yellow wire cant be used as I don't have a garage door opener built into the headliner.

Thanks in advance,
Dan

The garage door opener is where the TPMS module is located. So you just have a hole in your headliner? The parasitic drain is most likely the alarm siren location inside the cowl, disconnect it and see if the drain disappears.

TPMS does not affect the car battery.

Thanks for the quick response. I will take a look and update the post if that solves the problem.

Thank,
Dan

I do not believe the wire to disconnect the TPMS is located in the garage door opener electronics. The connector for the TPMS module wiring is further back BEHIND where the garage door opener module would be located (many if not all TPMS modules have a wad of foam wrapped around it). Or, am I reading this all wrong?

RONMAN,
hanks for the tip. I disconnected the siren under the cowl as yo suggested and the battery drain is gone.

Thanks again..
Dan
