Top not working
There are three fuses that can blow when you try to move the top:
Roof Motor Fuse (fuse 6, 40 amp)
Power Top Control Module Fuse (fuse 5, 25 amp)
BCM FUse (fuse 19, 40 amp)
Fuse numbers are for 2007 Limited cars because that's the service manual I have. Your fuse location numbers may vary, so tell us what year/trim level your car is as well.
That is an ambiguous question. Do not use the term "roof fuse", give us the fuse number.

Where are you located? How long have you had the car and what year, and model is it? Has the top ever worked for you? It is imposable to diagnose without more info.
i am in Québec, canada. I have the car for 1.5 year. Yes it was working very well. I make rebuilt all the hydraulic cylinders and it was move perfectly but now every time i try to operate it, the roof top fuse (fuse 6, 40 amps) blow up
The power top hydraulic assembly is generic, I'd grab one from a parts car and give it a try.
