Their website lists the wavetrac for the Jeep, the LX cars, the Ford 9".....yada, yada, yada, but no mention of the SRT6....... like was said above^^^^they went for the larger market. If we really want one we will wait............

not a big deal for me jim. im racing june 10 in columbus ohio and was worried i would have everything apart and miss the track . now theres no worry!

 

I don't think we were stepped over but there are 10200045 jeeps out there and less than 50 crossfires that want the rear,, i believe them when they tell me the box was miss marked ,, and yes we could have been passed over but i don't know that ,so i wait. jim

This was never really a about a low discount price. This was about getting a company to build a part that no others would, due to low volume sale opportunity.

Does this suck, yes. I'm not thrilled, but as long as I get an LSD in the end... I'll be happy. This is like putting something on "layaway". Lol

 

there is another way to think about this..... for now there will only be 22 crossfire/slk32 in the WORLD with a wavetrac when its done!! talk about limited production!

 

Steve you're funny, limited production,, but i do see it like buggin, the total amount of sales will never go more than maybe 75 or 100, and for Buggin to get us a deal was to find someone to make us a limited slip rear, he did that,, that makes him our hero ,,mine at least.and most you don't know that ,in this case if you want a discount go buy a Ford or Chevy,

There are good points to be made on both sides of this discussion.
Buggin gets serious kudos for even getting WaveTrac to think about
building a limited slip rear end for the Crossfire. No doubt about that.
But slapping at folks with ",in this case if you want a discount go buy a
Ford or Chevy", who have legitimate concerns with the build and delivery
is not the appropriate tack here. Neither are claims that we've been
screwed, but folks should be able to express their dismay at the length
of time and the (legitimate or not) decision by the producer to push out
the more sought after diffs for the Jeep and others.

I, too, am a little concerned with the delays, but I've got my patience
hat on, and will ride it out.
