Supercharger add on
This comes up about four times a year - and the answer never changes: "Do it if you want to... but you better have a LOT of money and time..."
I know our search function here SUCKS - so, use Google and just put in "Crossfire Supercharger Modification" and you get all sorts of links right here on this forum.
Probably the best one is this one:

Today, you can BUY an SRT for what it would cost to mod your car. And no, I am NOT exaggerating.

You’ll need the complete Power train from a donor car.
Unfortunately, it’s not as simple as bolting on a supercharger.
If you want to go faster/ sooner, Pizza guy is right. You can buy an SRT for the price of the swap
probably less

I too am curious about this modification, I wouldn’t mind trying it.
I am aware people will say “just buy an SRT6” however that is a lot easier said than done in the UK where they only sold 150 units plus I want to swap my 03 Sapphire Silver Coupe automatic for a Blaze Red Roadster with the 6 speed manual.
They never made a red manual SRT6 so specifically for my desires it would probably be most cost effective to supercharge the engine in a stock red manual than to convert an existing SRT6 to manual and have it painted red.

What you CAN NOT DO is to attach a manual gearbox to a SC engine. If you do a search, you’ll find lots of inquiries about this.
I did the swap and I collected all of the parts from 7 wrecks. It would have been cheaper to just buy one complete. When sourcing parts/components it was like buying two cars. Buying one complete donor with have been the easiest/fastest with respect to plug and play. Buy one with a bad back end. The front end is the most critical with respect to power plant and electronics then locate the Rear pumpkin And driveshafts from another
There is a complete car on Cars.com for 8k USD
The component parts for your conversion will easily cost that much
If you can put this together with components, awesome but it’s going to be a large shipping container with parts.
Looking forward to seeing how it goes
If you can dream it, you can do it. It will just take time and money
If the issue is availability then you may need to import wrecked unit or at least all the components. The handing of the donor car should not matter

Also nice Walt Disney quote.
Mating the manual gear box to the Supercharged engine has been attempted by many members way smarter and far more talented than me and it’s always been a no go.
My understanding is that the ECU for the supercharged engine and TCU had never been set up from the plant to talk to one another. And I believe none of the members (so far) have been able to work it out.
As I had indicated, there are many posts about the swap and the mating of a manual on this forum. but it’s still a really fun ride with an automatic.
if your car makes you smile now, more power, even with an auto trans will turn a simple smile into a Maniacal grin
Anyone who’s tried both versions (NA/SRT) will understand this
hit the search bar, you’ll find several threads. Unfortunately, none to date have been successful
if you figure it out, please share, you’ll have lots of inquiries as to how you pulled it off
we’re always rooting for enthusiasm
If you do decide to go down this road , feel free to reach out. I’ve been down that path. It took a long time but I really like the end result

Hi
I'm not sure why a supercharger conversion on a manual NA Crossfire isn't possible? I think it would be a great topic for discussion.
This is how I would try and do it:
1. Start with a manual car (a manual car has the pedals, clutch, and its body wiring is set up for no TCU)
2. Fit an SRT6 engine with SRT6 engine wiring harness.
3. Use an SRT6 ECU (coded to cars SKREEM and for a manual gearbox).
Potential issues:
- The bolt spacing pattern on the SRT6 crankshaft may not be the same as the NA crankshaft, there's two different patterns used on M112 & M113 engines (it could be the same but if it isn't just get the flywheel modified).
- You could supercharge the NA engine but its higher compression ratio would limit how much boost you could run (stick with stock pulleys) and make it harder to tune. You'd still need to get the SRT6 wiring harness and all the other parts to fit the supercharger, so I think it's uneconomic.
- The manual transmission coding is an option in the SRT6 ECU, but I've never tried it. The same coding method does however work on the NA ECU and it's tried and tested on manual NA V8 conversions.
Any comments?

It sounds like you’re really onto something. Knock yourself out.
Please keep us posted. If you use the search bar you’ll bring yourself up to speed on all of the thoughts and actions on the supercharger issue.
If you can get the manual trans to work with a supercharged engine there will be many forum members beating a path to your door.

Hi UrbanE
I've read quite a few of those old posts. Most responses to people that asked about manual or supercharger conversions were just told to go and buy an SRT6 as it's too complicated or will be too expensive and that the manual transmission wont be strong enough. I can't find any reason why it can't be done! Most of the conversions have been on cars used for competition and have used stand alone ECUs as people have assumed it would be too complicated to adapt the OEM ECU.
I don't plan to try this type of conversion myself as I'm not interested in a manual SRT6, but I've converted 3 V8 Crossfires (NA and Supercharged) and have been involved with the ECU coding of at least two others. I haven't come across anyone that's actually tried to mate a manual transmission to an SRT6 engine, but if someone wants to try, I'm more than happy to help them with the ECU coding.

M275 V12 AMG engine swap in a Crossfire, is it possible?
Not with the OEM ECU and I'm sure there's not enough room in the engine bay (the M113 only just fits).
The M275 V12 uses a Bosch ME 2.7.1 ECU. The firmware for this ECU does not have any setting options for the Crossfire (C193 Chassis) ie. you can't set up the right wheel sizes and chassis codes for the Crossfire, and its likely to have different starting circuitry. The only transmission option available is the NAG 5 speed auto (so no manual transmission).
Jay Leno has an electric Crossfire?...
