In searching for my battery drain problem I found a draw on the rcm fuse for the engine control relay. I opened the module up and the relay contacts move freely. The battery will go dead in a couple days from this. I unhook the neg battery cable at home and make sure the hood doesn't latch.
The esp/bas light comes on as soon as I touch the brakes. If I restart it without brakeengagement and use the cruise control for at least an hour of driving the light goes out ,brake light works, cruise works for maybe two starts and back to esp bas lights.

Do you refer to connector B pin 4? If the relay is not stuck closed, the issue is in the ECU. You can prove this by unplugging connector E, if the current drops to zero, the ECU is at fault.

Automatic or manual? And what year? (There are differences in wiring between 04-06 and 07-08; and manuals are not the same as autos.)

Also, many make some mistakes when measuring current in the Crossfire. I wrote the tutorial below to address this.
Make sure you are not fooling yourself....................
Yes I checked the third fuse which is for the engine control relay
I reinstalled it and had no current at that fuse. I restarted it and turned it off and had 2 milliamps showing on the fuse with key off. Hunting for this drain has drove me crazy. ( short trip) . a lot of the fuses show miliamps for a second or two then go down to O. I didn't see the link about your electrical tips

Link is in post 4.
And 2 milliamps has to be a meter error:
1) 2 mills is almost always a meter fabrication (it's an artifact of the A/D converter in today's cheaper meaters). With only 2 mills, the battery will last MONTHS.
2) There can be NO current with the key off unless the relay is sticking - replace teh RCM or send it to DJ for reworking in such cases, a stuck relay MUST be replaced before you proceed.
To verify this, measure the voltage at the fuse with key off, if it is not ZERO, yank the RCM and get it fixed or replace it.
Please see the diagrams in the service manual, wiring chapter, under "Power Distribution" and you will see how this works.

I'm having the same issue, but we thought our draining issue was a different fuse. Sadly that fix didn't last. Here I am a year later and still getting a battery drain. Did you ever fix your issue permanently?
thanks,
Steven
