1) I read that the headlight adjustment bolt can break free of the headlight assembly, and there is an easy fix. I applied the fix and I'm now good to go.
2) I installed seat covers.
3) I removed my fan shroud.
4) I used gasket sealant to glue a HID bulb into the headlight housing since the retainer clip is missing.
5) I realized that I have to remove the exhaust, to remove the starter, to install the Miller flywheel lock, to remove the crank pulley. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have an update of me installing something.
That's what I did today. [/QUOTE
Any chaNce you know the size to the flywheel bolts??
I have the original rims that the previous owner had chromed. I have two rims that are leaking some, so…
1) Are the original rims aluminum?
2) if I have them welled, will I have to replace the TPMS sensors on those tires?
Please let me know if there’s anything else to consider. I have a friend that can weld aluminum, which is apparently different than welding other metals.

They are an aluminum alloy.
The sensors will be fine unless they get hot from welding.

I took my car out to an old Nike Missile base near me. The part of the base I was at was where they had the radar tracking station. This is located at Riker Hill park in Livingston, NJ.
The actual missiles were located about 2 miles away. Most of the buildings are still there and two of the concrete bases for the radar tracking units are still standing.
It's now an art park where people can learn how to paint, sculpt, etc...
The first picture has one of the tower bases i the background.
The second is of some metal sculptures that were used in the Livingston Mall from the 1980's through the mid 2000's.
Painted the engine cover silver with the center painted silver/blue added a crossfire domed decal on the emblem and plastic chrome edging to seperate the colors
Would like to refresh the silver on our SRT6 engine cover.
Wondering what kind of paint you used and how well it has stood up in the heat?
Thanks.
I had my rims checked and they are fixed for $60, rather than buying new ones for $1,200. I’m looking forward to road testing after the weather clears up.

Thank you, for sharing the history of this once necessary defense location (which has since been outdated). The public/society needs to know the history and dedication of the people who took it upon themselves to stand guard with determination to stay the dominance of the world through sites like this. Everyone should thank a Veteran, unless you wish or wished to live in fear under a society alien to our own.

Thank you GraphiteGhost.
You're correct, many people don't realize what the country did to defend itself back then. Many families lived on that base and many of the surrounding population didn't even know it existed!
History needs to be kept alive.

……the middle of the last century saw the end of Innocence, where the Belief that Hard Work and Perseverance, the Rule of Law and Morality, Duty Honor and Country was enough and American Exceptionalism would insure success.
Sophistication - (a more Worldly View) pushed all these silly ideas into an ash heap.
Yesterday took some time to start prepping the 2007 Coupe for the trip to Eureka Springs. Started with the engine bay - washed it, blow-dried it off & sprayed it with engine bay dressing. Got the last can of CD-2 out for detailing the engine bay. After I wiped it down to get that satin-finish look, closed the hood & marked that off my to-do list.
Exterior & Interior detailing won't take long as I keep the car covered & fairly clean when not in use.
Purged the transmission this morning after dropping the pan and changing the filter. All went as per the video except could only get 2 1/2 liters out the first go round. So, I did 2 liter change outs for a total of 10 liters. The fluid looked exceptionally well for having 64,000 miles on the odometer.(red). The test drive went well. Now the hydraulics for the top are functioning perfect (new cylinders and pump thanks to TOP HYDRAULICS) and the trans is ready for the next 40,000 miles. Thinking "road trip" may be ???????

Today I took my car to it's first real car show since I've owned it. It was the "Cars n' Cops" car show in Butler, NJ.
The entry fee went to a good cause; St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. It was great show with a great turnout!
The police closed Main Street and the overflow went into a huge industrial area parking lot. They even had a train come through!
My car was the only Crossfire at the show and it got a lot of attention. I met an owner of a 2005 coupe, he's working on his car and I mentioned our forum.
here are some pictures from the show:
